摘    要:气缸盖是柴油机重要部件,计算模型、边界条件和载荷都很复杂。采用子结构技术对气缸盖进行整体三维有限元分析,确切的描述了其结构特点,并利用辅助结构模拟边界条件,得到精度较高的计算结果,为设计提供了有效的参考数据。

Abstract:The cylinders head is an important component in diesel engine, Its structure,boundary conditions and load conditions are very complicated. The 3D EF analysis of the whole cylinder head is carried out, using the substructure to exactly describe its structural characteristics and model boundary conditions by means of an auxiliary structure. High computational accuracy is obtained in comparison with the test results.
