信息化海战中舰艇编队作战效能评估指标体系研究

通过建立舰艇单平台装备体系和舰艇编队多平台装备体系的交战模型,分析了信息化海战中海上编队装备体系结构,归纳了信息化海战中海上编队装备体系作战效能的影响因素.在此基础上,提出了信息化海战中舰艇编队作战效能评估多层次指标体系顶层框架,并对编队协同作战能力、战场感知能力、指挥控制能力、兵力兵器交战能力等各层具体指标组成进行了研究.评估指标体系的建立为研究信息化海战背景下的舰艇编队装备体系作战效能提供了有效的理论基础.
