摘    要:针对目前柴油机及其冷却系统数值仿真中存在的分开建模无法对柴油机自行加温过程模拟的问题,建立了某柴油机及其冷却系统全耦合仿真模型,实现了对柴油机冷却系统自行加温过程的数值模拟。计算结果表明,该柴油机冷却系统自行加温过程中机油温度上升较冷却水快。油、水温度均达到40℃时,冷却系统加温时间需要575 s,自行加温过程中,水泵消耗的功率最小为0.594 kW,最大效率为34.8%。通过该机热平衡试验,验证了仿真模型的准确性。

Abstract:For the problem that the self-warming process cannot be simulated with the separate models of engine and cooling system,the full coupled simulation model of diesel engine and cooling system was built.The self-warming process simulation of diesel engine cooling system was realized.The results show that the oil temperature rises faster than the water temperature during the self-warming process of diesel engine cooling system.The time that the Oil and water temperature reach 40.0 ℃ is 575 s.During the self-warming process,the water pump consumes at least 0.594 kW and the highest efficiency it generates is 34.8%.Through the heat balance test,the simulation results are validated.
