摘    要:介绍广西长洲水利枢纽船闸检修关键技术。检修中,通过运用先进的检测设备、现代检测理论与合理的检测方法,调整1#、2#船闸人字门背拉杆和A、B杆,消除了门体运行过程中背拉杆与门体的撞击;通过修磨下游人字门门轴柱支枕垫块,消除挤卡震动现象,从而解决了船闸漏水问题。同时,介绍检修过程中的施工组织与管理,可为同类船闸检修提供参考。

Abstract:The key shiplock overhauling technologies of Cheungchau hydroproject in Guangxi was introduced. During the overhualing,the miter gate's back bars and bars A and B of hydroproject shiplocks 1# and 2# were adjusted by using advanced testing equipment, modern detection theory and reasonable detection method. So that, the impact of the back bar and door was eliminated during the door body running,and the phenomenon of squeeze and vibration was also eliminated through the synchronization profile repairing on the shaft column block's bolster block of the downstream miter gate. Thus, the problem of water leakage was solved completely. The introduction of process and management of construction organizations in overhauling were also given, which will provide a reference of maintaining the same kind of shiplock.
