摘    要:为测试和验证高压共轨柴油机电控单元的控制策略,设计了一套基于cRIO控制器的ECU硬件在环仿真系统.系统采集高压共轨柴油机的执行机构信号,用DMA方式将数据送至cRIO0控制器,经燃油喷射和排气阀驱动数学模型计算,输出控制模拟曲轴电机转速和保证ECU正常工作的信号.系统还在NI PXI平台设计了ECU监测记录模块.系统的设计可节省高压共轨柴油机ECU测试试验费用和缩短开发优化周期.

Abstract:In order to testify the control strategy for Electronic Control Unit of high pressure common rail diesel engine, a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation system based on cRIO real-time controller was designed.
