摘    要:红外隐身技术是现代舰船隐身技术的主要研究重点之一,而舰船的主要红外特征则来自于其主机的排气口。通过对某型高速艇的水上和水下两种排气方式的红外(IR)特征进行对比,发现了水下排气的优点以及其潜在价值。

A Study on the Influence of Choice of Engine Exhaust Modes on IR Stealth

Abstract:The IR stealth is one of the important technologies for the modem ship stealth design. The IR signatures of ship are mainly from the exhaust outlets of prime engine. Both the modes of exhausting on the surface and under the sea are investigated in a high - speed vessel. Comparison of IR signatures of the exhausting is also undertaken. It is proved that the exhausting under the sea is more advantageous and more potential.
