摘    要:阐述了铁路通信信号供电的重要性及可靠性的理论基础,提出了可用性的新概念,给出了提高可用性的方法以及实现铁路信号系统供电可靠性的具体措施:对中小功率设备采用N 1 冗余模块结构UPS 和对中大功率设备采用多机冗余并联结构系统,并对改善我国铁路通信信号供电质量提出了建议。

Abstract:The paper describes the essentiality of reliable power supply for railway communication and signal and the theoretical basis of its reliability, points out the practical new concept and gives the methods for enhancing the availability and the measures for realization of reliable power supply for railway signal system, that is: adopting UPS with N 1 module redundancy structure for medium and small sized power equipment and the multi-module redundancy parallel structure for big sized power equipment; and brings the proposals in improving the power supply quality of the railway communication and signal system in China.
