Study and application of the integrated diagnosis technology for the equipment

Integrated diagnostics is a new perspective and technological solution to deal with the testability and diagnosis of electronic equipment and system.Our integrated diagnosis as well as its application improve the integrity and comprehensive maintaining capacity to equipments and greatly reduce the life-cycle costs.This paper gives a detail account of the integrated diagnostics including its content,development and application;the further meditates on its potential maintaining for ship equipments are given in this paper.
