| 摘 要： | 介绍了北京房山线地铁车辆转向架的主要技术参数、主要零部件结构和性能。对构架、车轴、车轮、轴箱体、牵引装置等重要部件进行了结构强度计算分析,对整车进行了动力学仿真,此外,还对构架进行了静强度、疲劳强度试验,对整车进行了动力学试验,各项结果表明转向架均满足标准要求。

| Abstract: | The main technical parameters,main component structure and performance of metro vehicle bogie in Fangshan Line are introduced.The calculation and analysis of structure strength for framework,axle,wheel,axle box body and traction device are carried out.The static strength test and fatigue strength test are adopted for the framework.The dynamic simulation and test for the whole vehicle are also used.The results show that metro vehicle bogie meets requirement. |
