摘    要:本文对工程船起重机的电控系统的现状进行了介绍和分析,针对目前的系统配置和使用过程中存在的问题,提出了采用交流变频电控系统的改造方案,阐述了系统的配置及设备的选型。通过改造,提升了系统操控性和可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper, an overview of the electrical control system in engineering ship's cranes is given. The existing system configurations and potential issues in the practice are analyze. Based on the analysis, a new method that optimizes the system performance by using an AC variable frequency electrical control system is presented. In addition, some factors to consider for system configuration and equipment selections are discussed. With these improvements and optimizations, the operability and robustness of the system are significantly improved.
