基于ANSYS的永磁电机转子接触有限元分析

摘    要:本文介绍了ANSYS有限元软件在非线性接触问题的建模方法以及求解不收敛问题的常规的处理方法。以某立式永磁电机转子与磁钢的接触分析为例,建立了三维有限元模型,得出了永磁电机转子在离心力作用下的等效应力、合位移分布,找出了模型中的薄弱环节,为电机转子设计提供依据。

Abstract:The modeling method of nonlinear contact problem and routing method of solving non-convergence problem are introduced with ANSYS finite software. By taking the contact analysis of a vertical magnetic motor rotor and iron core for example, 3D finite modeling is created, and the yon mises stress and the sum of displacement of rotor are also obtained. The weakness of modeling is found to improve rotor design of motor.
