| 摘 要： | 通过对比国内外港口绿色环保建设的现状研究，找出我国绿色港口发展过程中存在的问题，分析我国散货港口绿色环保系统的建设趋势，充分利用信息技术、粉尘控制新技术、新能源及智慧能源管理体系等理念提出绿色散货码头智慧环保系统建设方案。
