18-冠醚-6相转移催化合成N,N-二乙基苯胺

摘    要:用18-冠醚-6作相转移催化剂,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成N,N-二乙基苯胺,研究了多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响,提出了常压催化合成目的产物的最佳工艺条件:苯胺和溴乙烷的摩尔比为1:1.50,催化剂用量0.8g,在45 mL 35 ×10-2(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液中,反应温度55℃,常压反应4h,产品收率73.1%.催化剂通过溶剂萃取方法可以回收,总萃取率为20%.

Abstract:1,4,7,10,13,16-Hexaoxacyclooctadecane is used as phase transfer catalyst,and N,N-Diethylaniline is synthesized by reaction of aniline with bromoethane under atmospheric pressure.The factors affecting the yield of the target product are studied.The optimal reaction conditions are molar ratio 1∶1.5 of aniline to bromoethane,35×10-2 in 45 mL sodium hydroxide solution,0.8 g catalyst at 55℃ for 4h under normal atmosphere.The yield of the N,N-diethylaniline is 73.1%.
