| 摘 要： | “新概念路肩”是集路缘石、土路肩、缘化、里程碑、百米桩为一体的公路美化路肩，体现了“以人为本，融入自然，注重和谐”，贯彻了“六个坚持、六个树立”的公路勘察设计新理念和“安全、环保、耐久、经济”的公路建设新理念，其社会、经济效益巨大。
