摘    要:大功率拖轮在实施重载拖航作业的过程中,发生主机曲轴轴瓦烧坏故障的主要原因是船舶操纵人员没有理解船舶主机的推进特性原理,盲目加速致使主机超负荷。故障柴油机在曲轴轴颈磨削量超出柴油机生产厂许可的最大磨削尺寸,可采用特配非标准轴瓦的修复工艺。

Abstract:During heavy loaded operation of the high-power tugboat,the crankshaft bearing of the engine was damaged because the tugboat operator did not understand the propelling principle of the tugboat and its engine.Under thoughtlessly acceleration,the engine was overloaded.The grinding of the damaged diesel engine's crankshaft journal had surpassed the limit of the maximum grinding allowance indicated by its manufacturer.Therefore,specialized non-standard crankshaft can be applied for repairing technology.
