| 摘 要： | 出租车是城市公共交通系统的重要组成部分。通过出租车的SWOT分析，从公交优先发展要求的角度，以兼顾出租车行业效益和社会效益为目标，深入探讨出租车保有量和票价合理确定问题，建立依据出租车空驶率、万人拥有量、出租车公共交通分担率的出租车保有量综合评价模型，并应用该模型对上海等7城市出租车市场状况进行实例分析，给出相应的策略建议。

| Abstract: | Taxicab is an important component in urban transportation system.Based on SWOT analysis on taxicab market,this paper analyzes taxicab quantity and its price deeply by considering taxicab's profits and social profits at the same time in urban public transport priority.This paper provides a model for evaluating taxicab quantity by taxicab unloaded ratio,taxicab numbers in 10000 persons,taxicab share in comprehensive public transport system.Then,this paper analyzes taxicab market of the seven cities applied by the model and gives some strategic suggestions. |
