永磁直驱电力机车悬挂装置及螺栓强度计算

摘    要:以永磁直驱电力机车转向架驱动单元悬挂装置为研究对象,采用有限元分析法对悬挂装置结构进行了强度分析,并从悬挂装置模型上截取螺栓所在区域建立子模型,重点对螺栓进行了静强度和疲劳强度计算,其计算结果均满足设计要求。

Abstract:Taking the suspension device of the driving unit on permanent magnet direct drive electric locomotive bogie as the research object,strength analysis of the suspension device structure is carried out by using finite element analysis method.The sub-model of the area where the bolts are installed is established by intercepting the suspension device model.Static strength and fatigue strength of the bolts are mainly measured.The calculation results all meet the design requirements.
