摘    要:某型轨道车辆永磁牵引电机在型式试验中噪声超标,产品声学性能不能满足要求。针对这一现象,文章开展了电机声学测试,分析其声学特性,并结合噪声机理确定了主要噪声来源。在此基础上,根据该型电机的结构特点,提出了声学控制优化方案,并对优化方案进行了声学仿真计算和试验验证。结果表明,该优化方案能明显改善电机噪声水平。

Abstract:The noise of a rail vehicle permanent magnet traction motor exceeds the standard in the type approval test,and the acoustic performance of the product can not meet the requirements.Aiming at this phenomenon,noise testing of the motor is carried out to analysis its acoustic characteristics.And the main noise source is determined combining with the noise mechanism.On this basis,an acoustic control optimization scheme is proposed according to the structural characteristics,and verified by acoustic simulation and tests.The results show that the optimization scheme can significantly improve the noise level of the motor.
