工频耐受电压下动车组高压箱电场仿真计算

摘    要:文章建立了动车组高压箱及其内部主要电气设备的三维有限元模型,考察了在工频耐受电压下高压箱内的整体电场分布情况;并分析了箱内金属电极表面的电位及电场分布,对电场集中区域进行分类,给出了优化电场分布的合理建议。研究结果可为高压箱的工程设计提供一定参考,以避免放电、击穿故障的发生,提高高压箱的可靠性。

Abstract:This paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element model of the high voltage box on EMU and its internal electrical equipment,and investigates the overall electric field distribution in the high voltage box under the power frequency withstand voltage.It also analyzes the potential and electric field distribution on the surface of the metal electrode in the box,classifies the electric field concentration area,and gives some reasonable suggestions for optimizing the electric field distribution.The research results can provide a certain reference for the engineering design of the high voltage box,so as to avoid the occurrence of discharge and breakdown faults and improve the reliability of the high voltage box.
