摘    要:文章分析了部件性能对整车环保的影响,以及检测环境对部件及整车环保的影响,研究了部件对整车环保性能的贡献度,并根据整车环保控制目标,对各部件的VOC限值进行了理论计算和检测,提出通过对部件环保性能的管控使整车环保性能满足标准的要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the impact of components performance on the environmental protection of the whole vehicle and the impact of the testing environment on the environmental protection of the components and vehicle.The contribution of components to the environmental protection performance of the vehicle is studied.In accordance with the environmental control objectives of the vehicle,the VOC limits of each component are calculated theoretically and tested.It is proposed that the environmental protection performance of the whole vehicle can meet the requirements of the standards by controlling the components performance.
