摘    要:
大功率交流传动机车牵引传动系统受器件开关频率的限制,在高速运行区需要采用同步调制的方法.本文对实际应用中最常用的特定消谐PWM(SHEPWM)技术的基本问题进行了深入分析与研究,针对双极性电压型逆变器建立了SHEPWM的数学模型,并在此基础上研究了特定消谐非线性方程组的计算方法及曲线拟合优化方法,以及基于载波方式的数字实现方法,从而简化了SHEPWM的角度计算和数字实现.研究了基于TMS320F28335的特定次谐波消除脉冲生成方法及不同载波比之间的切换条件,最后通过仿真和实验分析、验证了其正确性.

Abstract:
For the constraint of switching frequency, the traction drive system of high power AC locomotive mainly uses synchronous modulation PWM in high speed area. The fundamental problems of SHEPWM are analyzed and studied in this paper. The mathematical model of SHEPWM aimed at bipolar source inverter is built. And based on the model, the computational method and choice of initial value of selective harmonic eliminated nonlinear equations are developed, which simplified the calcula- tion of switch angles and the digital realization. The generating methods of SHEPWM and the transi- tion between different modulation modes using TMS320F28335 are studied in this paper. Finally the validity of the proposed methods is verified by simulation and experimental results.
