摘    要:首先阐述了船舶的设计过程,指出传统的船舶初步设计是一种串行的设计模式,即是先确定主尺度,然后根据主尺度确定船型.这种设计模式通常只能得到一个满足各指标要求的可行解,而得不到全局最优解.将多学科设计优化技术(MDO)应用到初步设计阶段,将主尺度的确定与船型变换并行考虑,使主尺度的确定充分利用后期船型变换的信息,可实现全局最优的设计.最后,本文以油船的优化为例进行了验证.

Abstract:The general ship design process is discussed in this paper. It is pointed out that the traditional ships' preliminary design is a kind of sequential design, in which the principal dimensions are determined first, and then hull form is definited according to the determined principal dimensions. One usually can obtain a feasible solution that meets the requirements of various targets, but can hardly obtain the global optimal solution with the traditional design methods. Appling multi-disciplinary design optimization(MDO) to ships' preliminary design, that is, putting the principal dimensions decision and hull form variations into parallel consideration, the principal dimensions are determined with the comprehensive utilization of the hull form variations information in the later iterative period, then global optimal design will be achieved. Finally, an tanker's optimization taken as an example is presented and discussed.
