摘    要:因船舶行业涂装车间具有VOCs气体产生量大、废气工况波动剧烈、废气成本相对复杂等特征,末端废气治理能耗巨大。基于船舶涂装车间的典型VOCs治理系统,从电能源消耗和天然气能源消耗2个方面入手,探讨了船厂涂装车间VOCs治理系统节能的可行方向,为船厂涂装在环保、节能等方面的研究提供素材。

Abstract:Due to the characteristics of the coating workshop in the shipbuilding industry,such as the large amount of VOCs produced,the violent fluctuation of exhaust gas conditions,and the relatively complex exhaust gas cost,the energy consumption of the end exhaust gas treatment is huge.Based on the typical VOCs treatment system of ship painting workshop,the feasible energy saving direction of VOCs treatment system of ship painting workshop are discussed from 2 aspects of electric energy consumption and natural gas energy consumption,which provides materials for the research of environmental protection and energy saving of ship painting workshop.
