摘    要:根据柴油发电机组结构组成及运行特性,建立了能够评估系统机组运行状态的评价指标,引入劣化度和健康值的概念以优化传统的模糊综合评判法;结合包含变权处理的层次分析法,实现了对机组运行状态的综合健康评估,并对正常和故障运行状态的机组均进行了准确合理的评估。以某型机组运行数据为例进行评估分析,结果表明,文章提出的方法能够有效评估船用柴油发电机组。

Abstract:According to the structural composition and operating characteristics of diesel generator sets,an evaluation index system is established to evaluate the operating state of diesel generator sets,and the concept of deterioration degree and health value is introduced to optimize the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process including variable weight processing,the comprehensive health assessment of the unit operation state is realized,and the accurate and reasonable assessment of the normal and fault operation state of the unit is carried out.Taking the operation data of a certain type of unit as an example for evaluation and analysis,the results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate marine diesel generating sets.
