摘    要:在系统的设计过程中,可靠性设计是及时发现和排除设计中薄弱环节的关键,维修性设计是实现及时、高效地维修要求的核心。文章对某船用海水泵组的可靠性和维修性设计进行了详细分析,通过建模、分配、预计,最终确认了各部套件满足其可靠性和维修性的要求,为同类型选型设备的可靠性和维修性设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In the design process of the system,the reliability design is the key point tofind and eliminate the weak links in the design in time.The maintainability design is the core to achieve timely and efficient maintenance requirements.In the paper,the reliability and maintainability design of a marine seawater pump set is analyzed in detail.Through modeling,distribution and prediction,the reliability and maintainability requirements of each package are finally confirmed,which provides a basis for the reliability and maintainability design of the same type of equipment selection.
