基于重根模态特性的舵桨电机振动

摘    要:针对某型船全回转舵桨电机出现的振动超标问题,通过振动位移传递分析发现电机-基座系统存在一对重根模态,且系统在1/2倍电磁频率附近产生共振。采用振动特性实时测试技术,对振动传递路径进行灵敏度分析,以识别电机振动源。基于PATRAN的模态分析结果,验证了电机-基座结构在17Hz附近存在一对重根模态,并对电机安装基座开展优化设计以避开电机-基座系统的共振频率。结果表明,电机顶部的振动速度从22 mm/s降低至8 mm/s。将有限元法与振动实测技术相结合,可有效解决舵桨电机的振动问题,对立式电机、全回转舵桨推进器等结构的设计与安装及类似振动故障问题的解决,具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the excessive vibration of a rudder propeller motor, ibration displacement transfer analysis found that motor base system has a pair of doublet modes, the subsystem generates resonance near half times electromagnetic frequency. Real-time testing technology for vibration characteristics is used to perform sensitivity analysis on the vibration transmission path to identify the source of motor vibration. Based on the modal analysis results of PATRAN, it is verified that there is a pair of doublet modes in the motor-pedestal structure around 17 Hz, and the motor mounting base is optimized to avoid the resonance frequency of the motor-pedestal system. The results show that the vibration speed on the top of the motor decreases from 22 mm/s to 8 mm/s. The vibration problem of rudder propeller motor is effectively solved by combining finite element method and vibration measurement technology. It has guiding significance to the design and installation of vertical motor and all-direction propeller as well as the solution of similar vibration problems.
