近海作业平台海水系统及泥沙过滤设计

摘    要:针对近海作业平台工作海域海水水质差、泥沙含量高的问题,提出了一个新的海水系统管路设计方案和泥沙过滤方法,该方法采用了粗滤、精滤、沉淀、清洗海水舱4个步骤.通过实船应用表明,在增加成本不明显的前提下,大幅提高了海水质量,提高了近海作业平台的作业效率.

Abstract:In view of the problems of poor water quality and high sediment content in the sea area of offshore operation platform,a new design scheme of sea water system pipeline and sediment filtration method are proposed,which includes 4 steps of coarse filtration,fine filtration,sedimentation and cleaning of seawater tank.The practical application shows that the seawater quality is greatly improved and the operation efficiency of offshore operation platform is improved on the premise of no obvious cost increase.
