摘    要:针对长期服役舰艇承载能力下降的问题,设计一套船体结构应力监测及健康评估系统。论述船体结构应力监测及健康评估系统的研究现状,介绍系统功能模块、软硬件实现途径以及系统需要解决的关键技术。通过对船体结构监测数据的实时采集、存储、监测、报警和评估,该系统可以及时预报故障并降低维护成本,对舰艇的使用、维护、修理和建造具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of load-bearing capacity decline of long-term serving naval vessels, a stress monitoring and health assessment system for hull structure is designed. The research status of hull structure stress monitoring and health assessment system is discussed. The function modules, hardware and software implementation approaches and key technologies to be solved are introduced in detail. Through real-time acquisition, storage, monitoring, alarm and evaluation of hull structure monitoring data, the system can timely forecast faults and reduce maintenance costs. It has important guiding significance for the use, maintenance, repair and construction of warships.
