京九铁路广东段铁路专用线电磁防护

摘    要:研究目的:上世纪京九铁路建设的同时,沿线一些企业利用该干线通道修建了运输专用线,近年京九铁路又进行了电气化改造。为确保安全,必须消除干线对专用线区域范围可能产生的电火花影响,因而要对专用线进行电磁防护。研究结论:在装卸作业区中,采用扁钢将鹤管及装卸钢栈桥的首末端及中间处,与其两旁的铁路钢轨之间相连接,安装均压装置作等电位跨接并接地;在专用线铁路中,在铁路钢轨上设置两组钢轨绝缘,并设接地装置,其接地电阻不大于10Ω。本文笔者结合京九铁路广东段电气化改造设计的实际经验与体会来阐述电磁防护措施,对类似的情况可起到一定参考作用。

Abstract:Research purposes: During construction of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway in last century,some enterprises built the their special railway lines to connect with the railway.The Beijing-Kowloon Railway has being electrified in recent years.To ensure the safety of the special railway lines,the electromagnetic protection system must be used for the special railway line to eliminate the impact of the electric spark of the railway on the special railway line. Research conclusions:In the loading and unloading zone of the special railway line,the first terminal,the end terminal and the middle part of the crane tubes should be connected with the railway rails on both sides with the flat steel.The equalizing voltage devices should be installed for the equipotent connection and earthing.Two groups of rail insulation and the grounding device with the grounding resistance of no more than 10ohm should be installed for the special railway line.With combination of the practical experience of electrification upgrading design of the Guangdong section of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway,the electromagnetic protection measures are illustrated to provide the reference to the similar works.
