摘    要:在汽车曲面造型工作中,高质量的A级曲面是后续生产工作能顺利进行的基本前提。文章介绍了汽车A级曲面的质量要求,并以某车型车身A级曲面造型为例,提出了采用控制点法和曲面断面线法等5种方法来评价汽车A级曲面的质量,并分别就其评价侧重点加以讨论,表明决定曲面质量的关键所在。指出采用这5种评价方法,可很好地评价曲面的总体质量,能很快发现曲面存在的问题。

Abstract:In the surface modeling work of automobile, high-quality Class-A surface is the basic for the following work. This paper introduces the quality requirements of the car class-A surface. Taking a vehicle class A-surface modeling as an example, the paper puts forward five methods, including the methods of controlling point, surface section line and so on to evaluate quality of class-A surface. And it also discusses the focus of the evaluating method and indicates the arrangement of control points lies in the key of the surface quality. Using these evaluation methods, we can evaluate the quality of surface efficiently and can soon find the problem of surfaces.
