| 摘 要： | 油气田产出的污水,矿化度一般较高,油分和机械杂质含量都较高,经絮凝剂除掉悬浮颗粒后还具有结垢和腐蚀的倾向。文中对华北石油局采气厂的污水进行了阻垢试验和缓蚀试验,经过对几组不同的阻垢剂和缓蚀剂的实验效果的对比,选出了适合水质特点的阻垢剂和缓蚀剂,并对相关的影响因素进行了分析,得出添加浓度大于20 mg/L的IMC-50缓蚀剂,投加量为20～30 mg/L的乙二胺四乙酸盐（EDTA）作防垢剂,可取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | The waste water produced by oil and gas fields is characterized by a higher mineralization degree and a higher content of oil and suspended solids.After the suspended solids are removed by the flocculation agent,the waste water tends to scale and corrode.The scale and corrosion inhibiting agent is determined on the basis of the waste water quality characteristics by the scale and corrosion inhibiting experiment,and the influence factor is introduced. |
