摘    要:以体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721和小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞为靶细胞,采用MTT比色法分别检测HVEF和MMC单独使用及联合应用对癌细胞增殖的抑制效果,并根据抑制率判定协同效应,从而探讨高压静电场(HVEF)与丝裂霉素C(MMC)联合应用对癌细胞生长是否具有协同抑制作用.结果表明:经HVEF与MMC联合作用后,两种癌细胞的增殖活性均低于单独使用MMC组,人肝癌细胞SMMC7721下降了20%~38%(P〈0.01),小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞下降了7%~15%(P〈0.01),且两种方法具有协同效应,说明一定强度的高压静电场能够增强丝裂霉素C的抗癌作用.
