| 摘 要： | 以数控无磁三轴转台的研制为背景,针对控制系统创造性的提出了伺服电机与液压马达联合控制的方法,并对该方法的实现过程予以研究。该研究工作对无磁三轴转台控制方法的探讨,以及提高转台控制系统的频响和动态伺服精度具有实用工程价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the development background of the numerical and nonmagnetic three-axis turntable,the creative method of electrical and hydraulic servo motors joint control is adopted to control system,at the same time the research on the method is completed.The research work of the nonmagnetic three-axis turntable s control method,for turntable control method discussion and the improvement of the system frequency response and dynamic servo precision has practical engineering value. |
