| Abstract: | As a professional organization of information collection and distribution, the medium should undertake its historical responsibility during the grave accidents, for the regulation and control of medium force is one of the important parts of the government crisis management when the grave accidents happens. Based on the analysis of the behaviour of the medium during the grave accidents,the responsibility beared by the medium during the grave accidents is probed. |
