| 摘 要： | 介绍香港地铁和铁路的发展历程及其成功经验。将东莞社会、经济、地理、文化等方面的特点与香港进行对比,找出发展轨道交通的差异,提出了发展东莞轨道交通建设的一些设想。加强轨道交通与其他方式的接驳,做好站点周边交通设施规划,实现轨道交通与道路公交并重发展;结合轨道交通规划建设,制定相应的土地政策,实施土地开发建设集约化;构建合理的管理、协调机制等。

| Abstract: | With an introduction to Hong Kong metro and railroad development,this paper analyzes the successful experiences in Hong Kong metro and Jiulong-Guangzhou Railroad,makes a comparison between Dongguan and Hong Kong in society,economy,geography and cultural characteristic,then proposes some tentative plans for Dongguan rail transit construction. |
