| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the properties of engineering database ,and combinedwith engineering practices, a method for designing a class hierarchy-based engineering databaseis proposed in this paper. Meanwhile, the corresponding model of the database structure is built, and the basic operations of the engineering database are accomplished. |
