| 摘 要： | 该文首先指出,由于与交通相关的碳排放量在碳排放总量中占据相当大的比例,因此在道路交通工程的规划设计中一定要应用低碳的设计理念。接着,从规划先行、"公交优先",以及交通工程设备、材料等方面加以阐述。
