抗蛇行减振器对磁流变耦合轮对车辆的临界速度与高速曲线通过性能的影响

为使磁流变（Magneto-rheological Fluid，MRF）耦合轮对在工程化、实用化方面有较大的进展，作者建立了31个自由度的车辆系统数学模型，并通过仿真分析发现：车辆在没有安装抗蛇行运动减振器的条件下，当磁流变的屈服应力较小时，虽有较高的临界速度，但轮对横移量较大，易出现2点接触；若屈服应力增大，临界速度急剧下降，到一定值后则降幅变缓。当车辆安装合适的抗蛇行运动减振器后，可大幅度提高车辆的临界速度，在适宜磁流变屈服应力的配合下，车辆以高速和超高速在高速铁路上行驶时，轮对和车体均具有较好的横向动力学性能。因此，合适的抗蛇行运动减振器对磁流变耦合轮对车辆是必须的。

Influence of Anti-hunting Damper on Critical Velocity and High-speed Curve Negotiating Performance of the Vehicle with MRF Coupled Wheelsets

In order to make good progress in engineering and practical applicability of MRF coupled wheelsets, the mathematical model of the vehicle system with 31 freedoms was established. Simulation shows the following results. Under the conditions of noanti-hunting damper is installed, when the MRF yield stress is comparatively small, the vehicle possesses the higher critical velocity, but the lateral wheelset movement is large and two-point contacting is prone to appearance; when the yield stress is increased, the critical velocity falls down sharply and the falling slows as reaching a certain value. Under the conditions an appropriate anti-hunting damper is installed, the critical velocity of the vehicle is raised greatly; when a right MRF yield stress is available, the wheelsets and carbody of the vehicle running on the high-speed railway at high-speed and super high- speed exhibit good lateral dynamic performance. Thereforce, a good anti-hunting damper is essential to the MRF coupled wheelsets vehicle.
