摘    要:基于催化剂高温失活机理,分析了OBD催化转化器失效样件的制备过程。其制备过程较为复杂,方法尚不统一,就制备过程其中一种方法的催化剂储氧量测试进行了详细阐述,并在此基础上分析了不同老化阶段后催化剂储氧量与排放劣化的一致性。结果表明,本研究给出了一种有效制备汽油车标定用失效催化器的方法,并确认了整车HC排放劣化与催化剂储氧能力的下降有很好的对应关系。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of catalyst deactivation at high temperature,the OBD catalytic converter failure sample piece preparing process was studied.Its preparing process was complex,and the methods were not yet uniform.Therefore,the catalyst oxygen storage capacity for one of preparing methods was measuring and discussed in detail.Furthermore,the uniformity between catalyst oxygen storage after different aging phases and emission deterioration index was analyzed.Results indicate that an effective method of failure catalytic converter preparation for gasoline vehicle is developed.It is found for further that the whole vehicle HC emission deterioration has the good relationship with the OSC decrease.
