双护盾TBM不良地质施工问题及对策

摘    要: 阐述了双护盾隧洞掘进机(TBM)在不良地质条件下施工所遇到的典型问题。并以昆明市掌鸠河引供水工程上公山隧洞TBM施工为例,对挤压及膨胀地层、断层破碎带、突泥、涌水等影响双护盾TBM的不良地质条件进行了分析研究,从宏观和微观角度提出了TBM通过不良地质情况的方案和措施,为今后双护盾硬岩掘进机施工借鉴、参考。

Abstract:Taking Shanggongshan tunnel on Zhangjiuhe River Water Diversion/Supply Project in Kunming, China as an example, the author analyzes such notorious adverse geological conditions as squeezing and/or swelling ground, fault and/or fracture zone, mud burst and water inflow that impede the boring of the double-shielded TBMs and recommends options and countermeasures for these difficult geological conditions from the macro and micro viewpoints, which can provide reference for future tunnel construction by double-shielded TBMs.
