| 摘 要： | 随机抽取了150名浙江省交通行政执法人员，对其主要压力源进行问卷调查，通过统计分析找出交通行政执法人员主要存在的压力表现，并根据压力管理原则提出了从组织层面进行压力管理的有效措施。
