| 摘 要： | 外包式保障是提高军队电子装备保障水平的一种新模式，如何评估外包服务质量是该模式的核心问题之一。运用模糊层次分析法，构建了外包服务质量评估方法，通过实例验证，证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Outsourcing was a new pattern of promoting armed force＇s electronic equipment supporting quality, and eval-uation of outsourcing service quality is a key problem to apply the new supporting pattern. The evaluation method of outsourcing service quality was promoted based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP）, and the validity of the method was validated by example. |
