| Abstract: | With the development of society, the standard term of contract is applied widely. Which has brought convenience and effieciency in human life, and issues on it as well. It is a complicated and urgent chal- lenge for us to find a way to solve the problem. Undoubtedly both model ofadrninistrative supervision and model of social supervision are key to it. |
