| 摘 要： | 分析我国煤炭行业的发展现状，指出发展中小型煤炭物流企业的重要性，针对煤炭物流企业自身存在的一些问题，思考如何参与市场竞争，积极向现代第三方物流和现代物流发展，以及如何把握机遇迅速转变为大型物流企业等问题，为中小煤炭物流企业的出路指明方向。
