| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新型基于智能功率模块开关磁阻电动机功率电路,详细介绍了日本三菱公司生产的第三代智能功率模块PS21564的工作原理及其特有的自举充电电路的充电过程及其可靠实用的电路连接方式,并给出仿真结果,证明了此种电路是一种方便可行的开关磁阻电机功率电路. |

| Abstract: | In this paper, a new kind of power circuit of an IPM-based SRM is introduced. And the principle of the third generation IPM PS21564, its specific bootstrap charging circuit, and its reliable and practical circuit connections are specified. The simulation result is given. And it is concluded that the SRM power circuit is convenient and practicable. |
