真空压浆技术在预应力结构中的运用

摘    要:孔道压浆是后张法预应力混凝土桥梁防止预应力筋锈蚀的最后一道防线,要保证该类桥梁的安全性和耐久性,其孔道压浆的技术方法是一个不容忽视的问题。新的真空压浆工艺在具体施工环境下尚不好把握,但效果很好。各种检测方法可以鉴定一些桥梁孔道压浆质量的好坏,成为保证后张法预应力混凝土桥梁孔道压浆质量的有力手段。基于此本文主要介绍真空压浆技术的目的及意义,真空压浆技术的原理及条件等相关内容、国内外现状及施工工艺。

Abstract:The duct grouting is the last line of defense to corrosion of prestressing ribs for post tensioned concrete bridges. To ensure the safety and durability of the bridge, the technical method of the duct grouting is such a problem that cannot be ignored. This new vacuum grouting technology in the specific construction environment cannot be well grasped, but have a good effect. The quality of the bridge which uses duct grouting technology can be identified by all kinds of detection method, which can be the most powerful means of a quality guarantee of the dust grouting technology used in post tensioned prestressed concrete bridges. Based on this, this paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of vacuum grouting technology, and its principle, conditions and other related content, together with the current domestic situation and abroad and the construction technology.
