| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国的水声对抗技术有了长足的发展，主战潜艇和水面舰已经装备了实用的水声对抗系统。面对新的国际军事形势及各种新技术的发展，水声对抗也需要随之发展。通过从深度、广度、内涵和外延等四个方面对水声对抗技术的概念进行拓展，使其更加接近概念的本质。
