| 摘 要： | 为了确定重大交通事故下信息发布的空间范围，采用交通波理论，考虑出、人口流量的影响，建立事故状态下交通波分析模型，得到交通事故的基本影响范围；基于提示信息对交通流的影响，以饱和状态为临界标准，确定了所需发布提示信息的范围；分析在实施人口限流和出口分流措施后交通波与事故波的运行性质，根据分流路径上等效的通行能力确定各个出口的最大分流量，得到分流信息的发布范围．研究结果显示：分流后事故影响范围减小了78％． |
