摘    要:针对路面养护设备中能源消耗大的沥青拌合设备进行能耗分析研究,以能源消耗为因变量,分别以骨料含水量、出料温度、环境温度、环境湿度及油石比为自变量,构建了燃煤型和煤转气型沥青拌合设备多元线形回归统计模型.研究结果表明,采用煤转气技术具有良好的节能效果;根据回归模型可判断各影响因素的性质,能针对性地采取合理的降耗措施指导生产,从而为新技术的采用和推广提供理论依据.
