| 摘 要： | 针对铁路调车作业的特点及在运输生产中的重要地位，采用变异方案对调车方案进行优化筛选，用量化标准评价钩计划优劣，达到提高调车作业效率的目的最后，通过一个具体算例来阐述优化筛选及评价过程。

| Abstract: | Based on the trait of shunting task and its important situation in railway, the mutation scheme is proposed for optimizing and choosing all shunting scheme, a quantified standard is put forward to evaluate the scheme in order to improve the operation efficiency. Finally, a detailed example is designed to illustrate the choosing and evaluating process. |
